Our Experience: We first reviewed Green Chef way back in 2017 when they offered a variety of different meal plans. However, today they only offer 3. Of those 3, the plans don’t offer enough food to allow you to follow any of the diets they cover. For example, the “Plant-Powered” meal plan only offers 6 meals for the entire week. That doesn’t even cover a full week of dinners. So I wouldn’t recommend using Green Chef as a diet meal delivery service for keto, paleo, vegan, etc. That being said, as I mentioned above, they are the only meal kit that is both certified organic and gluten free. Our Experience: Having first reviewed Fresh n Lean all the way back in 2018, I’ve always been impressed with their huge selection of meals.
