Finding the time to prepare healthy meals that help you achieve your fitness goals can be a challenge, especially for those with busy schedules.
That’s where fitness meal delivery services come in.
These services offer convenient, healthy meals that are tailored to meet your specific fitness goals. Whether your fitness journey has you looking to build muscle, lose weight, or simply maintain a healthy diet, there’s likely a meal delivery service out there for you.
In this article, I’m going to share with you my favorite fitness meal delivery services that I’ve tried over the years (as well as who I think each is best for). We’ll be judging them on factors such as taste, variety, price, convenience, and overall value.
Food Box HQ Note: Before making any changes to your diet, it’s important to consult with a medical professional and/or dietician. Your doctor or a registered dietitian can help you determine the best plan for your individual needs and goals, taking into account any health conditions or allergies you may have. Keep in mind that the information provided in this article is for general educational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Best Overall
Trifecta Nutrition
Trifecta Nutrition is a pre-made meal delivery service that offers meals tailored to the needs of athletes and fitness enthusiasts. Their meals are nutritionally balanced and made with high-quality, organic ingredients that are gluten-free, GMO-free, high in fiber, low in sugar, and low in sodium.
They offer a range of meal plans that cater to various dietary preferences, including Clean, Whole30, Paleo, Keto, Vegan, and Vegetarian. You can also choose to order meals a la carte or in bulk, giving you ultimate flexibility and control over your meal options.
Additionally, Trifecta Nutrition offers an app that allows users to track their macros, calories, and workouts, as well as access training tutorials and workout timers.
Based on my experience using Trifecta Nutrition, I believe they are the most comprehensive and convenient option for those looking to support their fitness goals with healthy, high-quality meals.
Types Of Meals Offered: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks
Lowest Price Per Meal: $14.80 for most plans, $11.42 for the vegan and vegetarian plans.
My Favorite Trifecta Nutrition Meals:
- Walnut Parmesan Garlic Salmon (540 Calories, 42g Protein, 38g Fat, 7g Carbs)
- Beef Sloppy Joes (320 Calories, 26g Protein, 15g Fat, 19g Protein)
- Ultimate Bison Burger (460 Calories, 28g Protein, 34g Fat, 10g Carbs)
Why Trifecta Nutrition Made The List:
- Trifecta Nutrition is more than just a meal delivery service. They are one of the few meal delivery services I’ve tried that offers a full diet and fitness program (via their app). What’s more, their app is not a “gimmick” like I’ve seen with some other meal delivery services. It has hundreds of different workout plans and gives you the ability to simplify your time spent in the gym to make achieving your fitness goals easier.
- Trifecta Nutrition offers some of the cleanest meals I’ve ever tried from a meal delivery service. Many meal delivery services offer meals with no GMOs, no gluten, and no artificial ingredients. Trifecta Nutrition takes things a step further by making their meals organic (produce), low in saturated fat, high in fiber, low in sodium, and all of the meat they use is humanely raised.
- Trifecta Nutrition is one of the few meal delivery services I’ve tried that offers both a la carte and bulk ordering. This means you can stock up on bulk orders of your meals and bulk orders of specific pre-cooked meats such as beef, bison, salmon, and cod (perfect for meal prepping).
Potential Drawbacks Of Trifecta Nutrition:
- Trifecta Nutrition is not the most affordable option on this list. Compared to other meal delivery services they come in at a few dollars more per meal than most. Their fitness app is also $9.99 per month. Although, what you’re paying for is the convenience of having everything pre-made and in one package, which isn’t cheap.
- I found canceling to bit a bit of a pain. Unlike most other meal delivery services that allow you to cancel automatically through your account settings on their website, Trifecta Nutrition makes you jump through a few hoops where you have to call or email their customer support to cancel.
- All of their meal plans are chefs choice. This means that you cannot choose your meals for the week. However, you are able to choose specific food/ingredient preferences when setting up your plan (for example, you can opt to not have fish meals). If you’d rather choose your meals, you can switch to their a la carte plan instead.
Best For Flexibility
Territory Foods
Territory Foods is a pre-made meal delivery service that aims to provide convenient, healthy meals to help people achieve their fitness goals.
They offer a variety of meal options, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and paleo options, as well as meals specifically designed for those looking to build muscle or lose weight. All of their meals are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and are designed by registered dietitians to be nutritionally balanced.
Unlike other meal delivery services that mass produce meals in large central facilities, Territory Foods partners with independent chefs who work in their own certified, local commercial kitchens. This allows for a greater diversity of culinary skills and expertise to be brought to each meal, which can definitely be seen through the delicious taste of their meals.
Types Of Meals Offered: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Sides, and Drinks
Lowest Price Per Meal: Around $14
My Favorite Territory Foods Meals:
- Turkey Salisbury with Red Wine Mushrooms and Brussels Sprouts (424 Calories, 23g Fat, 28g Carbs, 31g Protein)
- Grilled Barbecue Pork with Charred Corn and Zucchini (625 Calories, 31g Fat, 56g Carbs, 37g Protein)
- Aji Amarillo Chicken with Roasted Vegetables (621 Calories, 38g Fat, 29g Carbs, 47g Protein)
Why You Should Consider Territory Foods:
- Territory Foods is one of the most flexible fitness meal delivery services that I’ve tried. This is main due to the fact that they offer such a wide variety of nutritionally balanced meals. They have meals that fit into diets such as paleo, keto, vegan, vegetarian, Whole30, low carb, Mediterranean, and more.
- I found Territory Foods to be one of the most transparent in terms of macros. They make selecting meals based on specific macros very simple to do right from their main menu, where you’ll see calories, fat, carbs, and protein. Many other meal delivery services that I’ve tried make you click into their meal page and search for the nutrition information.
- Territory Foods has a very innovative way of packaging their meals that I’ve never seen other meal delivery services use. Each meal has a special sticker on it with a freshness index. This sticker will change colors depending on whether the meal has been exposure to unsafe temperature levels. Here’s what mine looked like.
- Territory Foods is one of the only meal delivery services we’ve tried that gives you the ability to have meals delivered twice per week. This makes them ideal for big eaters or those who are sharing this meal delivery service with others.
Potential Drawbacks Of Territory Foods:
- Territory Foods is not cheap. In fact, they’re one of the more expensive meal delivery services that I’ve tried.
- They can’t ship everywhere yet. Definitely make sure you check to see if they can deliver to you before making a final decision.
- Since they don’t have a central kitchen where they make their meals, your experience can vary depending on where you live. For context, I live in New Jersey and had a great experience with Territory Foods but people in other parts of the country have complained about logistical issues.
Best For High Protein & Bulk Meals
Fresh n Lean
Fresh n Lean is a pre-made meal delivery service that specializes in crafting nutritionally balanced meals that fit into a wide variety of diets. They offer a range of meal plans, including vegan, Whole30, Mediterranean diet, and keto options. However, their Protein+ and Bulk plans are particularly well-suited for those looking for fitness-specific meals.
Their Protein+ plan is designed to provide meals with an average of 36 grams of protein per serving. However, there are also many options on their menu that offer more than this amount of protein, as I have personally discovered.
Their Bulk plan allows you to purchase specific meats and sides at double or triple the quantities that they sell in their traditional meals. This makes them a particularly great choice for those who are looking to gain muscle by increasing how much they eat and it’s the main reason why we included them in our favorite bodybuilding meal delivery services.
Fresh n Lean also has a team of dieticians who are available 24/7 to provide guidance and support if you have any diet questions regarding your fitness journey.
Types Of Meals Offered: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks
Lowest Price Per Meal: Around $10 for the Protein+ Plan and the Bulk Plan cost depends on the specific meals chosen.
My Favorite Fresh n Lean Meals:
- Bison Patties on the Bulk Plan (200 Calories, 29g Protein, 10g Fat, 0g Carbs)
- Flat Iron Steak on the Bulk Plan (260 Calories, 28g Protein, 15g Fat, 0g Carbs)
- Teriyaki Chicken Breast With Green Beans And Quinoa on the Protein+ Plan (520 Calories, 41g Protein, 15g Fat, 55g Carbs)
- Bunless Beef Burger With Rice And Roasted Red Pepper Remoulade on the Protein+ Plan (470 Calories, 37g Protein, 18g Fat, 40g Carbs)
Why You Should Consider Fresh n Lean:
- Fresh n Lean has the most amount of variety that I’ve ever seen from a pre-made meal delivery service. This means, even if you decide their Protein+ or Bulk plans aren’t what you want from a fitness meal delivery service, you can switch to another plan.
- Every one of the plans they offer is highly customizable, allowing you to exclude dozens of ingredients. This makes their meal delivery service ideal for those with food allergies or simply picky eaters.
- All Fresh n Lean meals are made with locally sourced and organic ingredients, without gluten, GMOs, or artificial additives.
Potential Drawbacks Of Fresh n Lean:
- Fresh n Lean packages their meals in airtight containers. From my experience, this makes opening them very tough unless you have a knife or scissors.
- Some of the meals can be hit or miss in terms of flavor. They haven’t knocked it out of the park with every single meal I’ve had from them.
Best Keto Option
Factor Meals
Factor Meals, formerly known as Factor75, is a meal delivery service that specializes in keto-specific meals. This means that their menu is heavily focused on dishes that are low in carbohydrates, high in healthy fats, and high in protein, making them well-suited for those following a ketogenic diet.
All of their meals are designed by their in-house dieticians to ensure each is packed with the right nutrients to keep them as balanced as possible. In addition to their meal plans, they offer free nutrition coaching with dieticians.
One of the best features of Factor Meals is their extensive marketplace, where you can find a range of options like smoothies, cold-pressed juices, low-carb snacks, and delicious desserts like keto cheesecake (my personal favorite). These options add variety and convenience to your meal plan, and make it easy to stick to your fitness goals.
Types Of Meals Offered: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks, Drinks, Desserts
Lowest Price Per Meal: Around $11
My Favorite Meals From Factor Meals:
- Chicken Piccata with Cauliflower Mash & Broccoli (600 Calories, 42g Protein, 44g Fat, 12g Carbs)
- Creamy Parmesan Chicken with Broccoli & Tomatoes (640 Calories, 41g Protein, 48g Fat, 11g Carbs)
- Cheesy Garden Herb Chicken with Creamy Broccoli “Rice” & Chile Garlic Zucchini (580 Calories, 44g Protein, 41g Fat, 10g Carbs)
Why You Should Consider Factor Meals:
- Factor Meals is one of the few keto meal delivery services that provides meals that are tailored specifically to the macros needed for following the ketogenic diet. This makes their service an excellent option for those looking to adhere to the keto diet while on their fitness journey.
- Factor Meals was one of the first pre-made meal delivery services to offer a marketplace of add-ons geared towards healthy eating (here’s our initial review and taste test). With the addition of grab-and-go soups, smoothies, and snacks, this makes Factor are great option for pre-workout or post-workout eating.
- Factor Meals does a great job packing flavor into their low carb meals. Their low carb desserts, in particular, are some of my personal favorite options out there for those looking to indulge while still adhering to a low carb diet.
Potential Drawbacks Of Factor Meals:
- Factor Meals typically only offers a limited selection of breakfast options each week, so it may be necessary to order multiple servings of certain meals in order to have a varied breakfast selection.
- Factor Meals does not offer the same level of customization as some other meal delivery services, such as Trifecta Nutrition and Fresh n Lean. This may make it more difficult for those with food allergies or specific dietary needs to exclude certain ingredients or choose meals that suit their needs.
Food Box HQ Note: It is important to note that following a strict low carbohydrate diet in conjunction with heavy workouts may result in decreased energy levels in the gym. This is something to consider if you are thinking about using Factor Meals to support your fitness journey. For most people engaging in low-to-moderate intensity exercise, a low carbohydrate diet is generally well-tolerated.
Best For Variety & Customizing
Sunbasket
Sunbasket is a meal delivery service that offers a variety of options, including meal kits with pre-portioned ingredients and recipes, pre-made meals, and a large selection of grocery items available for purchase. Their meals plans include options for paleo, gluten-free, vegetarian, Mediterranean diets, and more.
One of the standout features of Sunbasket is the level of customization available when setting up your meal plan. They allow you to choose which diets their meals should adhere to and can also specify any ingredients or foods that they like or dislike, making it easy to tailor meals to your specific preferences and dietary needs. You can choose from options such as high protein, low carb, low added sugar, low calorie, no dairy, no soy, and much more.
All of their ingredients are sourced from local suppliers and are USDA certified organic, non-GMO, and free from artificial preservatives and additives.
Types Of Meals Offered: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks, Drinks, Desserts
Lowest Price Per Meal: Around $10 for their pre-made meals and around $11 for their meal kit meals.
My Favorite Sunbasket Meals:
- Kimchi Fried Rice With Peas, Bok Choy, And Fried Eggs (700 Calories, 19g Protein, 27g Fat, 93g Carbs)
- Pad Thai With Rice Noodles, Bell Pepper, And Cashews (680 Calories, 31g Protein, 22g Fat, 88g Carbs)
- Thai Turkey Salad With Cabbage, Basil, And Cashews (580 Calories, 28g Protein, 43g Fat, 27g Carbs)
Why You Should Consider Sunbasket:
- Sunbasket is one of the most customizable meal delivery services that I’ve tried, with a wide range of options that allow you to tailor their meal plan to specific dietary needs and food preferences. Whether you are following a strict diet or just looking for healthy meals that suit your taste buds, Sunbasket has options.
- Sunbasket’s meals are packed with nutrients and use high-quality, organic ingredients that are locally sourced, which adds to their excellent nutritional value (rich in vegetables, whole grains, and lean meats). These factors make Sunbasket a great choice for those who need to refuel after a tough workout.
- Sunbasket’s marketplace is massive compared to other meal delivery services that I’ve tried. It includes a wide variety of foods that are great for energizing before a workout (such as fruit smoothies and oatmeal) as well as foods that can help aid recovery after a workout (such as egg bites, jerky, and more).
Potential Drawbacks Of Sunbasket:
- Many of the Sunbasket meals that I’ve had over the years have been fairly high in carbohydrates. Taking a look at some of my favorite meals listed above, you’ll see some clock in at around 90 grams per serving. That being said, they do offer “carb-conscious” options.
- Sunbasket is not a good choice for those who are very picky eaters or who prefer more traditional, familiar meal options. I found their meals tend to be more adventurous and incorporate a wide range of unique ingredients that may be unfamiliar to some people. If you are open to trying new flavors and ingredients, however, Sunbasket’s meals can be a great way to expand your culinary horizons.
Best For Stocking Up On Meat
Crowd Cow
Crowd Cow is a meat delivery service that allows you to purchase high-quality, pasture-raised meats directly from small farms and ranches. They offer a variety of meats, including beef, pork, lamb, poultry, and seafood. Sourced from small-scale, sustainably-raised farms, Crowd Cow provides detailed information about each of the farms and ranchers that supply their products.
You can choose from a range of options, including individual cuts of meat, curated boxes, and monthly subscriptions. Crowd Cow delivers nationwide and offers flexible delivery options, including the ability to skip subscriptions or cancel at any time.
For those looking to stock-up on protein as a means of supporting their fitness goals, Crowd Cow is a great option to consider due to the sheer amount of variety and quality that they offer when it comes to meat and fish.
Types Of Meals Offered: Lunch, Dinner, Sides, Snacks
Lowest Price Per Meal: The price will vary depending on the meat you select but one of the cheapest options they have is organic free-range chicken drumsticks for around $6.50 per pound.
My Favorite Crowd Cow Meats:
- Japanese A5 Wagyu Petite Striploin Steak (Amazing quality and the best steak I’ve ever tasted. You can watch our review and taste test of it here.)
- Grass-Fed Filet Mignon
- Organic & Free-Range Chicken Thighs
- Norwegian Atlantic Salmon
- Bison Burgers
Why You Should Consider Crowd Cow:
- One of the reasons I really enjoy using Crowd Cow as a meat delivery service is because of the value they offer. They have a wide range of options available at different price points, making it easy to find high-quality meats that fit your budget.
- Crowd Cow is great option to consider specifically when it comes to post-workout meals because they offer a variety of high-protein meats that can help to support muscle recovery and growth.
- Crowd Cow offers a variety of pre-made options which include fully cooked meats such as brisket and pulled pork.
Potential Drawbacks Of Crowd Cow:
- Crowd Cow has a minimum order requirement of $99. If you can’t hit $99 or more worth of meats, you’re unable to complete your order.
- You can only get free shipping if you spend $149 or more.
- Crowd Cow primarily offers uncooked meats, which means that you will need to spend time cooking and preparing their meals. This may not be an ideal option for those who prefer fully prepared meals or have limited time for cooking.
Best For Restaurant-Level Fitness Meals
Pete’s Real Food
Pete’s Real Food (previously called “Pete’s Paleo”) is a pre-made meal delivery service that initially started out as a paleo and AIP diet meal delivery service. They’ve recently updated their service to include a broader selection of meals that now also include vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and other options.
One of the key aspects that sets Pete’s Real Food apart from its competitors is the high quality of their meals. These meals are some of the most delicious and restaurant-quality options that I’ve tried from a meal delivery service. This is largely due to the fact that Pete’s Real Food was founded by a James Beard nominated chef (Pete Servold) who won Food and Wine Best New Chef and Bon Appetit Cuisine of the Year.
Pete’s Real Food is a particularly good choice for fitness enthusiasts because many of their meals are still based on the paleo diet, which is a diet that emphasizes whole, unprocessed foods. The paleo diet is based on the types of foods that were likely consumed by early humans, and it includes a wide range of vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, and meats. By following a paleo-style diet, fitness enthusiasts can fuel their bodies with the nutrients they need to support their active lifestyles and help them reach their fitness goals.
Pete’s Real Food meals make it easy to adhere to a paleo diet on your fitness journey, as they are made with whole, unprocessed ingredients and are free from additives, preservatives, and other potentially harmful ingredients.
Types Of Meals Offered: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Lowest Price Per Meal: Around $16
My Favorite Pete’s Real Food Meals:
- Creole Turkey Breast With Collard Greens And Acorn Squash (270 Calories, 31g Protein, 5g Fat, 11g Carbs)
- Caramelized Onion Burger With Roasted Brussels And Butternut Mash (310 Calories, 28g Protein, 15g Fat, 14g Carbs)
- Mediterranean Turkey Burger With Olives, Garlic Spinach And Sweet Potato Wedges (320 Calories, 28g Protein, 15g Fat, 19g Carbs)
Why You Should Consider Pete’s Real Food:
- Pete’s Real Food is an excellent choice for those who are looking for high-quality, nutrient-dense meals that are packed with protein and vegetables.
- Their meals are some of the most delicious and restaurant-quality options I’ve had from a meal delivery service.
- Pete’s Real Food is a good choice for fitness enthusiasts with big appetites due to the fact that their portion sizes are larger than those offered by many other pre-made meal delivery services I’ve tried.
Potential Drawbacks Of Pete’s Real Food:
- At over $16 per meal, their meal delivery service is one of the most expensive options that I’ve tried.
- There are limited meals to choose from each week. On average, there are around 16 to 18 different meals available each week, which means that if you are ordering meals to stock up for the week, you may end up having some meals twice. This may not be an issue for everyone, but if you are someone who likes a lot of variety in your meals, you may want to consider a meal delivery service that offers a wider range of options.
Best For Frozen Fitness Meals
BistroMD
BistroMD is a frozen meal delivery service that offers chef-designed, nutritionally balanced meals that are prepared by a team of registered dietitians. The company focuses on providing healthy, convenient meals to help people achieve their weight loss, wellness, and fitness goals.
Their meals are made with whole ingredients and are free from artificial additives, preservatives, and added sugars.
BistroMD offers a variety of meal plans, including options for those following specific diets, such as gluten-free, low carb, and vegetarian. They also offer options for different calorie levels and a variety of individual meals and snacks that can be purchased a la carte.
Types Of Meals Offered: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks
Lowest Price Per Meal: Around $10 (depending on the plan you choose).
My Favorite BistroMD Meals:
- Blackened Chicken with Creamy Smoked Paprika Sauce (340 Calories, 35g Protein, 9g Fat, 29g Carbs)
- Grilled Chicken with Savory Almond & Date Sauce (360 Calories, 36g Protein, 13g Fat, 25g Carbs)
- Mozzarella, Roasted Tomato & Basil Frittata (260 Calories, 17g Protein, 11g Fat, 24g Carbs)
Why You Should Consider BistroMD:
- BistroMD is one of the most convenient ways to stick to a fitness-specific diet. The meals are pre-made and frozen, which means you can eat them at your convenience without having to worry about them going bad. This can be especially helpful for those who are short on time or who don’t enjoy cooking, as it allows you to easily incorporate nutritious meals into your daily routine without having to spend time preparing them yourself.
- BistroMD has a pretty extensive menu of options. With a wide range of meals and snacks to choose from, it’s likely that you’ll be able to find options that suit your specific tastes, dietary needs, and fitness goals. This can be especially helpful for those who are picky eaters or who have specific dietary restrictions, as it ensures that you’ll be able to find meals that fit your preferences.
- Caroline Cederquist, a board-certified bariatric physician, founded BistroMD with the goal of helping people improve their health and wellness through better eating. As a result, BistroMD’s meals are designed to be nutritionally balanced and support healthy weight loss through diet and exercise.
Potential Drawbacks Of BistroMD:
- BistroMD’s meal plans are primarily designed to help people lose weight through calorie restriction, which may not be sufficient for more hardcore fitness enthusiasts. If you are a highly active person with higher caloric needs, you may find that BistroMD’s meals do not provide enough fuel to support your active lifestyle.
- Some people may prefer the taste and texture of fresh meals, and may find that frozen meals lack the same level of flavor and quality. If you are someone who values fresh, non-frozen meals, BistroMD may not be the best option for you.
- They charge for shipping regardless of what plan you go with or the amount of meals you order.
How To Choose The Right Fitness Meal Delivery Service For Your Needs
When it comes to choosing a fitness meal delivery service, it can be overwhelming with all the options available. Even though we covered our favorites based on years of testing and research, you may still be confused. If you are, I don’t blame you.
There are many factors to consider, including the type of meals offered, the ingredients used, the level of customization available, and the pricing. Below we’ll explore what to look for when making your decision and provide some tips for how to choose the right fitness meal delivery service for your needs.
Determine your specific fitness goals and dietary needs to achieve them.
Are you looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or maintain your current fitness level? Do you have any specific dietary restrictions or preferences (e.g. vegan, paleo, gluten-free)? It’s important to choose a meal delivery service that aligns with your fitness goals and dietary needs.
Consider the amount, variety, and quality of meals you want to receive.
Look for a service that offers a wide range of meals that appeal to your taste buds as well as your nutritional needs and fitness goals. It’s also important to consider the quality of ingredients used in the meals (organic, non-GMO, low sodium, etc.) as well as the overall flavor and presentation of the dishes.
Consider portion sizes and caloric needs.
Choose a service that offers portion sizes and calories that align with your activity level and appetite. If you have higher caloric needs due to an active lifestyle, make sure the service offers options that will adequately fuel your body.
Look at the level of customization.
Some meal delivery services offer more customization options than others, allowing you to select specific meals or exclude certain ingredients. If you have specific preferences or allergies, it’s important to choose a service that allows you to tailor your meals accordingly.
Consider the convenience factor.
How much time and effort do you want to put into meal prep? Do you prefer pre-made meals that you can simply heat up, or do you enjoy the process of cooking from a meal kit? Choose a service that aligns with your preference for convenience. Just remember that the more convenient a meal delivery service is, the more money they (usually) charge.
Compare pricing and delivery options.
Consider the cost of the meal delivery service, as well as any delivery fees or other charges. Trust me when I say that the costs can add up over time. Look for a service that offers reasonable pricing that fits within your budget and convenient delivery options.
Our Methodology For Selecting The Fitness Meal Delivery Services On This List
All of the fitness meal delivery services listed in this article have been vetted by me and the Food Box HQ team. This includes, but is not limited to, purchasing the meal delivery service, reviewing the service in its entirety, taste tests, and more. You can read more about our review process here as well as searching Food Box HQ for individual reviews of the meal delivery services listed above.
Every fitness meal delivery service was considered based on the following…
- The meal delivery service must have plans that are geared towards someone looking to follow a fitness plan. This includes plans geared towards muscle building, strength, endurance, and weight loss.
- The meal delivery service must use high-quality ingredients. This includes having organic ingredients that are fresh, nutrient-dense, and free from additives and preservatives. We specifically chose meal delivery services that offer meals made with whole grains, fresh vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats.
- The meal delivery service must have a decent amount of variety. Having a wide range of meal choices can help ensure that you don’t get bored with your meals, and it also gives you the flexibility to try different dishes and flavors (which is half the fun of using a meal delivery service).
- The meal delivery service has to be able to ship to every state and town within the continental United States.
