  • Lifesaver! I’ve been battling diabetes for years because of poor ingrained diet choices from when I was a kid. It could have killed me. Thankfully I joined a support group. It was there that I learned how some people were using these meal kits to turn their diets around. I had heard of the one called Blue Apron before but thought that was really all there was out there. When I found out there were literally hundreds more I was surprised. One I ended up trying first was Terra’s Kitchen. The food was delicious but I decided to keep looking and see if there were meal services designed for people in my situation. That is when I found this article and decided to go with Diet To Go. Their service seems perfect for me. I will report back to let you know!
